Specialized Therapy When Your Inner World Is Overwhelming ‍

Telehealth Therapy for Adults in North Carolina.

Finding Your Pace: A Collaborative Rhythm

Healing isn’t "one size fits all," and neither is the way we schedule it. My goal is to work in a way that respects the natural pace of your nervous system and the flow of your life. During our time together, I will offer a clinical recommendation for the frequency I believe will best support your momentum, but the final decision is a collaborative one.

We can structure our work in the rhythm that feels most sustainable and supportive for you:

  • Weekly: A consistent, steady container for those navigating high-stress seasons or those who want a frequent touchpoint to stay regulated.

  • Bi-Weekly: A balanced pace that offers room for deep work while providing extra time between sessions to integrate and settle into new patterns.

  • Monthly: Often utilized for "Deep Dive" intensives or for those who have a solid foundation and want a dedicated space for high-level processing and tune-ups.

Honoring Your Process I believe that deep, quality healing should be accessible in a way that truly honors your needs. By offering a variety of session lengths and frequencies, I aim to help you find a rhythm of care that allows you to show up fully and stay committed to your transformation without feeling overwhelmed.

Whether we meet once a week or once a month, my commitment to your process remains the same.
