A modern approach that honors your whole being.

With over 15 years of clinical mental health experience, I understand that we cannot compartmentalize our wellness. The mind, body, and energy are intimately connected, I honor that truth by using a holistic approach that is eclectic and tailored to each person and/or family. I use techniques that include Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, movement, breathwork, art, sound, energy, and aromatherapy to assist with bringing balance to your whole being.

Symptoms, however they present, communicate messages about pain, imbalance, and/or the need for change. My approach strives to get to the root of challenges by prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe space, where you can begin to honor and translate the messages your mind and body are seeking to communicate through symptoms. The foundation of my practice is my trust in our our natural internal guidance towards healing when the body and mind feel safe and calm.
